Scholar Quest
Scholar Quest is a family planning site for getting into university and winning scholarships. It runs the same 48 questions, reworded for school, so a teenager's reading carries forward into their working life.
Same instrument, school words
The 48 pairs are identical, but 'manager' becomes 'teacher', 'colleague' becomes 'classmate', and 'remote team' becomes 'group project'. The original working wording is shown in fine print under each question so the meaning never drifts.
A guide, not a verdict
Scholar Quest presents the reading as a description of what a student will probably find easy — and explicitly not as a recommendation of what they should study. A student whose dream lies outside their strongest direction is shown how people with their reading succeed there too.
Printable for the family
Results are written to be read by the student and by parents, with a longer printable version that talks about study settings, programme types and the kinds of scholarship applications where each direction tends to shine.
Carrying it forward
Because the reading is stored in the shared WorkStyle Compass system, a student who later applies through Hire Mountain (or any other WorkStyle Compass partner) arrives already holding an account and a result.
