Your data
Ask for a copy, a correction, or erasure
Enter the email address you used when you completed the Compass on any partner site. We will send a confirmation to that address before acting, so that nobody can request your data on your behalf, and we respond within 30 days (usually much sooner).
What happens for each request
- Access / copy — you receive your reading, your answers and the details we hold, as a file.
- Correction — tell us what is wrong; a reading itself cannot be edited, but you can complete the Compass again on any partner site and the newest reading becomes current.
- Erasure — your name, email and country are permanently removed and your reading is unlinked from you. Partner sites are notified to do the same. Anonymous statistics are kept.
- Portability — the same as access, in a machine-readable format.
